How are our wines Packaged?

All wine is packaged using durable cardboard boxes. A standard box holds 6 or 12 bottles.

How are your wines delivered to you?

All deliveries preferably in multiples of 6 bottles or 12 bottles will be delivered to your home or office by Quality Wine Logistics (or their agents), Fastway Couriers (or their agents) or Australia Post. Is there a minimum order quantity?

Multiples of 6 bottles or 12 bottles (including mixed packs) is preferred. 6 bottle and 12 bottle purchases generally minimise the risk of breakage during delivery and offers better shipping charge value. (The shipping price for 1 bottle or 6 bottles varies by very little).

What happens if there is an availability issue?

Please understand wine is available only while stocks last and may be subject to change. In the event that we have sold out prior to your transaction, we will contact you to arrange an alternative order or a refund.

Do we accept international orders?
