You may only use this website if you are aged 18 years or over or otherwise over the legal drinking age in your state or country of residence. You must immediately exit this website if you do not meet these requirements. By using our website and/or placing an order you are confirming to us that you are at least 18 years of age.

We have implemented security measures to provide you with peace of mind when purchasing over the Internet from our website. Your credit card details and other sensitive information is protected using secure socket layers (SSL) industry standard technology, all information sent to our site is encrypted, protecting it from interception by unauthorised recipients.

All of our prices are in Australian Dollars [AUD] and include GST (Goods and Services Tax)

Shipping rates are calculated according to your delivery location.

All wine is packaged using durable cardboard boxes. A standard box holds 6 or 12 bottles.

All deliveries preferably in multiples of 6 bottles or 12 bottles will be delivered to your home or office by Quality Wine Logistics (or their agents), Fastway Couriers (or their agents) or Australia Post.
Delivery to capital cities is within 5-7 working days. Other remote areas may take up to 10 working days.

Multiples of 6 bottles or 12 bottles (including mixed packs) is preferred.
6 bottle and 12 bottle purchases generally minimise the risk of breakage during delivery and offers better shipping charge value. (The shipping price for 1 bottle or 6 bottles varies by very little).

Please understand wine is available only while stocks last and may be subject to change. In the event that we have sold out prior to your transaction, we will contact you to arrange an alternative order or a refund.

Our website is not able to process international orders or deliver overseas. For international enquiries please contact Michael R. Telera at wine@telera.com.au

We will replace or refund you for any bottle of wine that is faulty damaged or that you find unsatisfactory.
Please note we will not replace wine that was damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipment or wine that was ordered in error.
If your wine has been broken or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately.

Please send an email or contact us to request return instructions, and ensure that all original packaging is retained in case of the need to return.
