This growing season was as close to ideal as you can get, free of extreme weather conditions caressed by timely rain producing fruit of exceptional quality displaying flavours that are rich, textured, layered and aromatically divine.


Pernella is an expression of Mornington Peninsula Sauvignon Blanc. Richly textured and aromatically complex, it’s made from estate-grown handpicked grapes, barrel fermented in selected French oak, and left on stirred lees for six months. Pernella is a full-bodied wine, of tropical, savoury and citrus freshness, with a balanced acidity and a lingering finish.
