Online orders

You must be 18 or older to order from this website. By placing an order you confirm that you, and anyone you are sending wine to, are 18 or older.

Our website takes orders for delivery within Australia only. For delivery to New Zealand or overseas, contact us at wine@telera.com.au for postage and handling charges. Free delivery doesn’t apply to New Zealand or international orders.

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. The price you pay is the price shown at checkout, including delivery.

When you place an order and your payment goes through, we’ll email you an order confirmation. Our wines are made in small quantities, so if a wine sells out before we can fill your order, or a price on the site is clearly wrong, we’ll contact you and either arrange an alternative or refund you in full.

Payment

Payments are processed by Square. Your card details are entered into Square’s secure payment form and go straight to Square. They never pass through or get stored on our website.

Delivery

Delivery is a flat rate: $15 to Melbourne Metro and $35 everywhere else in Australia. Delivery is free on orders of $300 or more. Melbourne Metro means Greater Melbourne, including the Mornington Peninsula.

We pack every order ourselves and dispatch within two business days. After dispatch, delivery usually takes 5 to 7 business days to capital cities and up to 10 business days to other areas.

Orders are delivered by Australia Post, Peninsula Wine and Produce or Grape Expectations, or by us personally. All deliveries must be accepted by a person 18 or older, who may be asked for proof of age. We won’t leave a delivery where we’ve been told no one 18 or older is present, and deliveries made by us on the day you order are always handed to a person.

Once your order has been delivered, it’s your responsibility. If it goes missing in transit, or there’s a problem with your delivery, email us at wine@telera.com.au or call +61 (0) 407 041 719.

Returns and refunds

If a bottle arrives broken, damaged or faulty, contact us within 24 hours of delivery at wine@telera.com.au or on +61 (0) 407 041 719, with a photo if you can, and keep the original packaging. We’ll replace the wine or refund you, whichever you prefer.

We don’t offer refunds for change of mind or wine ordered in error, but get in touch and we’ll do what we can.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Cancelling an order

If you need to cancel, email or call us as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t been dispatched, we’ll cancel it and refund you in full. Once it’s on its way, the returns section above applies.

Governing law and ownership

The Laws of Victoria, Australia, govern these terms and conditions.
