We will replace or refund you for any bottle of wine that is faulty damaged or that you find unsatisfactory.
Please note we will not replace wine that was damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipment or wine that was ordered in error.
If your wine has been broken or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately.
