This growing season was as close to ideal as you can get, free of extreme weather conditions caressed by timely rain producing fruit of exceptional quality displaying flavours that are rich, textured, layered and aromatically divine.
Valentina is an expression of barrel fermented Mornington Peninsula Riesling and Sauvignon Blanc. Richly textured and aromatically complex, it’s made in the traditional method and disgorged after 1095 days on lees. Valentina is a limited release sparkling wine of delicate spice, savoury and zesty citrus freshness, with a crisp elegant finish.
