Our White wines reveal the diversity of the Mornington Peninsula through expressive sites and creative vinology. Two distinct Sauvignon Blanc clones offer contrasting interpretations of place, where aromatics, texture and finesse converge with clarity and precision. Valentina amplifies the narrative through a distinctive fusion of Riesling and Sauvignon Blanc crafted to capture the effervescence of provenance.

These two Pinot Noirs express diversity through contrasting sites and winemaking. One, from a higher-elevation vineyard, sees extended skin contact for added texture and savoury complexity, the other is made with gentler extraction to emphasise purity, fragrance and finesse. Our Shiraz is crafted with the same site-driven philosophy to express vineyard character through thoughtful, restrained winemaking.
